Terms Of Service

By commissioning artwork from RecklessBucket, you, as the Client, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms
ㅤ
All artwork commissioned is intended for personal use unless specified otherwise.
ㅤ
Prices, content types, and commission availability are subject to change at any time.
ㅤ
The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
ㅤ
ㅤ
2. Payment
ㅤ
Full payment or a deposit of 50% is required upfront to secure your commission slot.
ㅤ
Payments are accepted via Paypal, or GCash.
ㅤ
Final high-resolution files will be delivered only after full payment is received.
ㅤ
ㅤ
3. Process & Revisions
ㅤ
A preliminary sketch will be sent for feedback. After approval, further revisions may incur additional fees depending on complexity.
Minor adjustments are free during sketch approval; major revisions or changes after approval will incur an additional cost.

You will receive updates on the status of your commission as agreed upon.
ㅤ
ㅤ
4. Turnaround Time
ㅤ
The estimated time for completion is 2-4 weeks from the start of the commission. Delays will be communicated.
ㅤ
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, based on the artist's availability.
ㅤ
ㅤ
5. Copyright and Usage
ㅤ
The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
ㅤ
The client may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes such as avatars, social media icons, or printing for personal use.
ㅤ
NOT resell, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes unless commercial rights have been purchased.
ㅤ
Commercial rights can be negotiated for an additional fee, allowing the client to use the artwork for branding, merchandise, or other profit-generating purposes.

ㅤ
6. Refunds and Cancellations
ㅤ
If the client cancels the commission before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.
ㅤ
For cancellations during the process, a partial refund may be available depending on the amount of work completed.
ㅤ
No refunds will be issued after the commission is completed and delivered.
ㅤ
ㅤ
7. Client Responsibility
ㅤ
The client agrees to provide all necessary references, details, and preferences for the artwork at the time of commissioning.
ㅤ
Failure to provide accurate details may lead to delays or additional revision fees.
ㅤ
ㅤ
8. Liability
ㅤ
The artist is not responsible for any damages, claims, or costs resulting from the misuse of the artwork by the client or third parties.
ㅤ
The artist reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
